shaver socket bathroom design
I was a bit annoyed. The bathroom design seemed off to me because I couldn't find a good place to hang my towel. The shaver socket also didn't work. I could hear sirens from a nearby police station during the night and this disturbed my sleep. I believe ear plugs should be available in the room to solve that.

the location is very convenient i could easily access transportation. free water was available in the room i appreciated this.

fantastic location walking distance small room limited space
the location was fantastic , directly across from trafalgar square. many attractions were within walking distance , including westminster abbey and buckingham palace.
the room i stayed in felt quite small. there was limited space for luggage , , made it a bit cramped.

central location convenient coffee cute staff
The location is just unbeatable! so many attractions are within easy walking distance, and i found getting around super convenient. i especially loved the coffee shop in the lobby. It made getting my day started easy! the staff really were great. Everyone was so cute and friendly.
The bathroom design wasn't totally ideal. I had trouble finding a good spot to hang towels. it would have been nice to have a towel radiator.

my room was good, compact, and really did the job! the bed was comfy, and i slept soundly each night, a huge plus when traveling! i really liked it.

the hotel was in a central location to everything i wanted to see! i wanted to visit so many attractions, and it was close to underground stations. you can walk almost everywhere.

the lobby has a coffee shop, super handy. i like having that option, who needs a huge lobby. it provides a great, quick option, especially in the mornings. the pastries looked amazing!
